Brew Dr. Kombucha is produced entirely in-house, leaf to bottle. After they brew their recipes of organic tea and dried herbs, roots and fruits, it takes about two weeks to complete the probiotic fermentation process. Thier attention to quality at the beginning of the process means they don’t need to add any flavors or juices at the end. The flavors stand on their own, balancing the right levels of sweet and sour that make well-made, traditional kombucha so interesting. They are committed to using only whole, organic ingredients with no added nonsense. The SE Brewery is our first Brew Dr Kombucha brewery location and also houses Townshend’s Distillery. It is 1/10th the size of our production facility in Tualatin. They brew, bottle and distribute nationwide from both locations and recently started offering wholesale pricing direct to customers out of the Dock Sales office.
