We created a sour IPA that is just in time for spring. Heavy dry hopping gives this sour IPA its citrus backbone, then we dosed it with 44 pounds of pomegranate puree for a bunch of reasons, but mostly because, well, pomegranate. Tart and easy drinking, leaves you wanting another.
