This cocktail inspired sour is sure to be the perfect thing for the summer. Bold notes of grapefruit come from both grapefruit puree and the peel of 16 lb of grapefruits. Rosemary balances the sweet and sour with a subtle savory character. Finally, just the right amount of sour makes this beer approachable for any drinker.

This traditional Belgian beer uses a massive amount of wheat, and is brewed with coriander and orange peel. Finally, we dry “hipped” it with rose hips.
