In October of 2015, Grixsen hit the Portland beer scene with enough passion to inspire the whole world to become brewers too. Grixsen was founded by three friends, each lending a portion of their family name to create the brand. Their goal is to create iconic NW versions of traditional beer styles as well as the occasional celebration of the modern experimental craft movement. Visit this brewery and become a Grixsen yourself: someone who believes in always giving an honest effort, to following the righteous path and to celebrate the uniqueness in everyone.

- Farmhouse Ale - Saison
This Northwest-style Saison is sweet, yet dry and packed full of flavor thanks to a combination of our juicy hops and farmhouse yeast.
- Stout - Russian Imperial
We brewed the Dunkelweizen a bit maltier and spicier than the Zoigl Hefeweissbier. The base light wheat and pilsner malts are blended with dark wheat, dark caramel, Munich, and a splash of carafa II to round out the all-German malt bill. German Magnum hops contribute to the sense of spiciness alongside the phenolic clove note from the authentic Bavarian hefeweizen year strain, which also imparts the classic banana fruitiness to the brew.
